Information on Ordering
Some smaller items are generally in stock (such as pegboards, wall cupboards, oval boxes, and table desks). Please visit the showroom at the shop or call to place your order and have your item shipped. Most items are made to order; you may generally choose the wood and finish you would like. Custom orders and commissions are also available. Please call or email to place your order. We do not support online ordering. What wood can the items be made in? Almost all items can be made of maple, cherry, birch, or any other native hardwood. Many items can also be made out of pine. How are the pieces finished? Pieces can be finished in a variety of stains or milk paints. Please call to discuss and to request a color sample of the finishes offered. When will my item be ready? This depends on what you are ordering and how large it is. Some smaller items are generally in stock and can be picked up or shipped immediately. Larger items made to order and custom orders will take up to 6-8 weeks. Please call to find out how long your order will take. Do you deliver items? Yes, items can either be picked up from the shop or can be delivered locally for a charge. Do you ship items?
Yes, items both large and small can be shipped within the U.S. Buyer pays for cost of shipping. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders. Sorry, we do not accept credit card orders. |
